In
The Beginning
Life
couldn't have made much sense without Funke
and Segun being together. The wedding was in
Jos where nature was at its best in the city
with cool breeze and much serenity. All this
nature's essence was captured by the bride's
decision to have a garden reception for her
white wedding day.
The
Theme
The
colours - army green and cream - which tell
stories of richness and fruitfulness had its
display on the traditional wedding day. During
the white wedding ceremony, lilac, cream and
yellow took turns to stand on stage. All the
chosen colours had an agreement with nature
showing the bride's love for nature.
The
Bride
Beautiful
Funke wore a white dress with cap sleeves, matching
accessories including a silk organza veil which
made her look exquisite.
The Groom
Segun
kept his look formal but he put a twist to it
by wearing a lilac tie and waist coat to match.
He had on a green and yellow flowers in his
boutonierre (Botton Hole).
The
Bridal Party
The
bridesmaids had on cream flowing gowns with
accessories and flowers to match the day's theme.
The groomsmen wore formal suits with cream coloured
ties. The friend of the couple kept the Nigerian
look with lace was made into skirts and blouses
and lilac head gears called ''Gele'' was used
to crown their heads.
